Sports Physical The providers of Clarinda Medical Associates highly promote full well child checks at the time of their Sports Physicals. An appointment for a full well check offers the time needed to do the appropriate vision and hearing screening. Issues appropriate to the age of the student are discussed. It is also an excellent time to review the immunization history and catch the student up on the recommended immunizations. Sports Physical forms are also completed and signed.
