Holiday Greetings from the 2019 Senior Government Class
Senior Government students are underway with their Holiday Adopt-
A-Family Project. The students are organizing a can drive during Cardinal Time,
purchasing gifts for 2 area families in need over
the holiday season, and accepting donations at sporting events and
other extra-curricular activities. The CHS staff is also donating and
collecting household items such as; toiletries, paper products,
detergents, and etc. for the families in need. We could not do this
without the support of the entire Clarinda community and the area
businesses.
This is truly a wonderful time of year to reflect back on what we “are”
and “should be” thankful for. We are truly blessed at the high school.
We are surrounded by great students, a wonderful administration,
and a willing staff that will go the extra mile to bring good cheer to all
in need during this Holiday Season. Way to go CHS!!!! A special thank
you to Hy-Vee and Fareway for their generous donations of food for the
2 families. Also, we would like to thank the area businesses for their
Happy Holidays Everyone!!!
