Health Class do Aerobics
The Health I class, composed of mostly sophomores, had a great time engaging in an Aerobics class as part of the Health I Lifelong Fitness Unit. There are 29 students in the class and all that were present participated in the activity. The class consisted of a proper warm up, dynamic stretching, 20 min. Aerobic portion, cool down and static stretching. Below are comments by students:

One of the great things about teaching in the Clarinda School District is that teachers have the flexibility to add nontraditional activities to enhance student learning.
