Iowa Personal Finance Challange
Last month, two CHS teams qualified to compete at the Iowa Personal Finance Challenge. This contest will be held at the Federal Reserve Bank in West Des Moines on Tuesday, April 10. There were 202 high school teams that entered the first round, and the top 20 teams are advancing to the April 10 competition.
Last month's online-qualifying round results are as follows:

At the Finance Challenge on April 10, each team will be given various financial information about a family budget. They will then prepare a power point presentation on their recommendation for debt, savings/goals, insurance, and taxes. Mrs. Carper is their advisor.
