Middle School Donates Pop Tabs to Ronald McDonald House

Please remember to save your pop tabs over the summer and next school year.  These are donated to the Ronald McDonald House.  They sell the aluminum pop tabs to generate money to offset their costs.  The Middle School has donated over 3,5000,000 pop tabs.  If you do not have a student in the Middle School, but would like to donate tabs, please drop them off in the Middle School office.  Thank you for your support.

Seniors Visit Their Past

Today was the last day our Clarinda High School class of 2018 will grace our halls. In honor of the teachers who have helped them achieve their goals and gotten them to where they are today they ventured to Garfield Elementary, Clarinda Middle School & Clarinda Lutheran School to share their accomplishment with the younger students who follow in their steps and hug those teachers once again.   Congratulations . . .

National Personal Finance Challenge

3rd Place at National Event   On Friday, May 11, a team of CHS business students competed at the National Personal Finance Challenge held at the College of Business in Lincoln, Nebraska.  Michigan was 1st place, Arizona was 2nd place, and the team from Clarinda, representing Iowa, received 3rd place.  Congratulations to Hunter, Jesse, Raymond, Austin, and Joelene Carper, Advisor.   . . .

Cinco De Mayo Celebration at Garfield Elementary

Ms. Martin, high school Spanish teacher, and her high school Spanish 4 students spent time on Friday, May 4 with the second grade at Garfield. Clarinda Medical Associates Sports Physicals and Well Child Checks
