TAG Students in Quiz Bowl

Eight Clarinda High School TAG students participated in a Quiz Bowl at Grace University on Friday, December 1, with 46 other teams.

 

The students competed in 9 rounds of 20-minute games that fielded questions about math, science, English, history, current events, and a few trivia questions.  The last game ended up in a tie, so it went into Sudden Death.  The CHS team knew the answer, but did not hit the buzzer fast enough.  It was a fast-paced, learning experience that was a lot of fun.

 

Also, a thank you goes to Joy Tunnicliff for driving the other school vehicle.
